The documentation for EACH INDIVIDUAL WORK for which archiving and cataloguing is requested must include the following:
- Archivation form, fully completed (download the form)
- 1 colour digital photo on CD ( 300 dpi cm 18x24)
- 2 black and white and 1 colour photo of the front (18x24 cm format)
- 1 black and white photo of the rear (18x24 cm format) (please do not write or stick labels on the back of the photos)
- photocopy of any previous authentication/s
We would ask you to check the quality of the material forwarded: we cannot accept non-professional photos or incomplete documentation.
